Good tapas, services were excellent. Paella were good. I like the salted cod, eel tapas Octopus tapas

Dined at Rojo's at the Fairways & Bluewater resort this evening and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service. We opted for the Paella which was very nice but the tapas menu also looked decent. Would definitely recommend if staying here. We sat outside as it was reasonably cool - great view of the golf course.

We are long time member in Fairways and this new restaurant was a surprise for us i have to say we had the best steak ever with a good Argentina red wine,nice tapas, and friendly staff,specially the Boss very helpful.We kept going back feel like at home. Keep the good job. See you soon.

Tapas food was actually pretty good, especially the white bean potage, but the service was comical. They were very pleasant but the restaurant was incredibly quiet although unbelievably slow.
